Legal Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1.Review, draft, negotiates and vets various commercial agreements and legal documents in both English and Chinese;
2.Ensure legal compliance by the company in commercial decision making and in other business activities;
3.Responsible for company Intellectual Property matters;
4.Handle various cases, including litigation, arbitration, fraud, and other disputes;
5.Assist and/or undertake due diligence and investigations on material projects and M&A transactions;
6.Provide high quality legal opinions for business departments and disputes of company;
7.Complete company regulations, policies and procedures; and
8.Other legal affairs assigned by Senior Legal Counsel or GC.
Requirements:
1.Excellent attitude and enthusiasm for the responsibilities;
2.Possess the logical thinking, preciseness and cautiousness and the ability of bearing pressures, and solid skills in legal are required;
3.At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a multinational company or a top tier law firm in China; Well-versed in the practice of Chinese Law, experience in litigation and IPR issues are vital;
4.PRC Bar is a must;
5.Bachelor degree from China's top law school is a must. Major in Corporation Law or Economic Law is preferred; and
6.Good English command of speaking and writing and native Mandarin are required.

Legal council
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the relative affairs of legal chart, e.g. applying / renewing / maintaining all kinds of licenses;
2.Assist in the day-to-day operation of the legal department;
3.Responsible for company Intellectual Property matters;
4.Review and amend various agreements in both English and Chinese;
5.Provide legal opinions for business departments and disputes of company;
6.Other legal affairs assigned by Senior Legal Counsel.
Requirements:
1.Excellent attitude and enthusiasm for the responsibilities; Strong business acumen with excellent problem solving and communication skills;
2.Possess the logical thinking, preciseness and cautiousness and the ability of bearing pressures, and solid skills in legal are required;
3.At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a multinational company or a famous law firm in China. PRC Bar is a must;
4.Bachelor degree from a law school is a must. Major in Corporation Law or Economic Law is preferred;
5.Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
6.Good English command of speaking and writing, and native Mandarin are required.
